Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification via WhatsApp or SMS when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We are proud to offer fast and secure delivery across Pakistan. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or communicated via our WhatsApp confirmation.

• Lahore Deliveries:

  We offer a flat shipping rate of PKR 300 for all orders within Lahore. Expect your luxury package to arrive within 1-2 business days.

• Nationwide Deliveries (Rest of Pakistan):

  For all other cities, shipping costs are calculated based on standard courier rates. Delivery typically takes between 3 to 5 business days depending on your exact location.

Payment Methods

To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across all supported cities in Pakistan. Simply place your order and pay our delivery partner when your package arrives. We also accept secure online payments via bank transfer (details provided upon checkout).

Damages & Issues

Because we deal in delicate luxury items like glass perfume bottles, we package every order with the utmost care. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and send a photo to our WhatsApp support line so we can resolve the issue immediately.
